Common fixes before you open a ticket

Billing

I paid but my service is not active

Check your invoice status first. If the payment is complete and the service is still missing, open a Paymenter ticket with the invoice number.

My game server is offline

Try a restart from the panel, then check console output for plugin, mod, or startup errors. If it still fails, send the latest console lines in a ticket.

I cannot log in to a panel

Confirm you are using the same email as your Victus account. For missing panel accounts or password issues, contact support with your account email.

Make sure the file is under the current limit, your account has storage available, and remote links point directly to a downloadable file.
