Add credits / top up your balance
Step-by-step guide to adding credits to your Victus Cloud balance on the billing portal so you can order and renew services.
Topping up adds credits to your account balance so you can order new services or cover upcoming renewals. Top-ups happen on the billing portal, separately from the control panel where you manage servers.
Top up your balance
- 1Log in to the billing portal at billing.victuscloud.com.
- 2Open your account area and find the balance / Add Funds (top-up) option.
- 3Enter the amount of credits you want to add. Remember roughly 1 credit ≈ 1 USD.
- 4Choose a payment method — UPI, PayPal, Crypto (LTC) or EasyPaisa.
- 5Complete the payment. Your credit balance updates once the payment is confirmed.
You can also pay per order
When checking out a new service you can pay for it directly with the same payment methods instead of pre-loading credits. Topping up first is handy if you want renewals to be covered automatically from your balance.
Crypto and manual methods can take a few minutes
PayPal and UPI usually credit instantly. Crypto (LTC) top-ups only apply after the transaction reaches the required number of network confirmations, which can take several minutes.
Paid but balance not updated?
If a payment completed but your balance did not change after a reasonable wait, open a support ticket on Discord (or the on-site support widget) with your payment reference / transaction ID so staff can reconcile it.
