Renew a service

How paid-service renewal works in Victus Billing, and where free-server renewal is handled in Victus Panel.

Every paid service on Victus Cloud runs on a recurring billing cycle. Before the due date the system generates a renewal invoice; paying it (or having enough credits on your balance) keeps the service running for another cycle. Renewals are handled on the billing portal, not the control panel.

Renew a paid service

  1. 1Log in to billing.victuscloud.com.
  2. 2Open your Services list and select the service that is due.
  3. 3Open the renewal invoice for that service (or the Invoices area).
  4. 4Pay the invoice from your credit balance, or with UPI / PayPal / Crypto / EasyPaisa.
  5. 5Confirm the service now shows the new next-due date.

Keep a balance to auto-cover renewals

If you keep enough credits on your balance, renewal invoices can be paid automatically when they are generated, so nothing lapses while you are away. See the Enable auto-renew article.

Free servers renew weekly

Free hosting follows a separate lifecycle from paid invoices. Open the server in Victus Panel, check its exact deadline and COINS/free-hosting balance, then use the panel Renew action. Do not place another store order.

Miss the free renewal and it pauses, then deletes

If a free server is not renewed in time it is paused, and after a grace period it is deleted along with its files. Renew on time, or take a backup, if you want to keep the data.
