Locate, view and download your Victus Cloud invoices and payment history on the billing portal.

Every order, renewal and top-up on Victus Cloud generates an invoice. You can view your full billing history, see what is paid or due, and download invoices for your records from the billing portal.
View your invoices
- 1Log in to billing.victuscloud.com.
- 2Open your account area and go to the Invoices (billing history) section.
- 3Each invoice shows its status — Paid, Unpaid/Due or Cancelled — with the amount and date.
- 4Click an invoice to see the line items, or download it for your records.
- Unpaid / Due — an invoice waiting for payment, such as an upcoming renewal.
- Paid — settled from your credit balance or a payment method.
- Overdue — past its due date; the linked service may be suspended until it is paid.
Invoice number is your reference
When contacting support about a payment, renewal or refund, quote the invoice number. It lets staff find the exact transaction quickly.
Panel vs billing portal
Invoices and payment history live on billing.victuscloud.com. The control panel at control.victuscloud.com is where you run and manage the actual servers — it does not hold your billing records.
