Enable auto-renew

Turn on automatic renewal so Victus Cloud pays your service invoices from your credit balance and your servers never lapse.

Auto-renew lets the billing system pay a service's renewal invoice automatically from your credit balance when it is generated. It is the simplest way to make sure a game server, VPS or bot never gets suspended just because you forgot a due date.

Turn on auto-renew

  1. 1Log in to billing.victuscloud.com.
  2. 2Open your Services list and select the service you want to protect.
  3. 3Enable the auto-renew / automatic renewal toggle for that service.
  4. 4Make sure you keep enough credits on your balance to cover the recurring price.

How it works

When the renewal invoice is created, the system deducts the amount from your credit balance automatically. You do not need to be online, and you will not have to enter payment details each cycle.

Auto-renew needs credits available

Auto-renew pays from your credit balance. If your balance is too low when the invoice is generated, the renewal fails and the service can be suspended. Top up ahead of the due date, or keep a buffer of a few credits.

Tip: top up a few cycles at once

If you know you want to keep a service long-term, top up enough credits for several months. With auto-renew on, renewals are then handled hands-off.
