Failed payment / service suspended

Why a Victus Cloud service gets suspended after a failed or missed payment, and how to pay the overdue invoice to bring it back online before data is deleted.

If a renewal invoice is not paid by its due date — because your balance was too low, auto-renew could not cover it, or a payment failed — the service is suspended. A suspended service is offline and you cannot use the control panel functions for it, but your data is still there for now.

Bring a suspended service back online

  1. 1Log in to billing.victuscloud.com.
  2. 2Top up your credit balance if it is too low (or fix the payment method that failed).
  3. 3Open the overdue invoice for the suspended service and pay it.
  4. 4The service is automatically unsuspended shortly after payment clears — start it again from the control panel if needed.

Suspended services are deleted after a grace period

Suspension is not permanent storage. If the overdue invoice stays unpaid past the grace period, the service is terminated and its files are removed. Pay promptly, or take a backup, to avoid losing data.

Free servers behave the same way

A free server that misses its panel renewal deadline is suspended and later deleted at the deadline displayed by Victus Panel. Renewing before that deadline avoids suspension.

Still suspended after paying?

Unsuspension is usually automatic. If a service stays suspended for more than a few minutes after the invoice shows as paid, open a Discord ticket (or use the on-site support widget) with the invoice number.
