Add sub-users (co-owners)
Share panel access to your Victus server without giving away your login — add subusers on the Users tab and grant only the permissions they need.

Subusers let a co-owner, admin or helper manage your server in the panel without ever knowing your account password. Each subuser logs in with their own Victus account and gets exactly the permissions you grant — you can let someone use the console and restart the server while blocking dangerous actions like deleting the server or changing the startup.
The person needs their own Victus account first
A subuser is invited by email and must have (or create) their own account at control.victuscloud.com. Never share your own login — that is what subusers exist to avoid.
Add a subuser
- 1Open your server and go to the Users tab.
- 2Click to invite/add a user and enter their email address.
- 3Tick the permissions to grant, grouped by area: Console (view/commands, power), Files (read/write/SFTP), Backups, Schedules, Databases, Network, Startup, Users and Settings.
- 4Save — they receive access and can now sign in and manage the server within those limits.
Choose the right permissions

Subuser access ≠ in-game op
Panel permissions and in-game op are separate. If a helper also needs admin powers in-game, op them too — see "Make yourself op/admin". Remove a subuser any time from the Users tab.
