Did not receive the verification email
Verification and reset emails from Victus can land in spam or be delayed. Follow these steps to find the email, resend it, and stop it happening again.
After signing up, Victus sends a verification email to confirm you own the address. If it has not appeared within a few minutes, it is almost always one of a handful of causes below rather than a lost email — work through them in order.
Find the email
- 1Wait 2–5 minutes — delivery is not always instant.
- 2Search your whole mailbox (not just the inbox) for "victuscloud" or "verify".
- 3Check the Spam/Junk and Promotions/Updates folders — automated mail often lands there.
- 4Confirm you registered the exact address you are checking, with no typo (e.g. gmial vs gmail).
Resend and unblock
- Use the "Resend verification email" option on the login/verification screen to trigger a fresh send.
- Add the Victus sender to your contacts / allow-list so the retry is not filtered.
- If you use a strict or disposable/temporary email provider, it may silently drop the message — try again with a mainstream provider (Gmail, Outlook, etc.).
- On corporate or school email, an IT filter may block external mail; use a personal address instead.
Do not create a second account
Signing up again to "fix" a missing email creates a duplicate account, which trips the anti-alting protection and can suspend both accounts. Resend to the original account or contact support instead.
Registered the wrong address?
If you signed up with a typo'd email you can never receive from, open a support ticket (via Discord or the on-site widget) with the correct address and staff can help correct it.
