How to reset a forgotten password on Victus, and why you may need to reset it separately for the billing portal and the control panel.

If you cannot log in, use the self-service password reset before contacting support — it is instant and works for the vast majority of cases. Victus has two web logins, so first make sure you are resetting the right one.

Two portals, two logins

billing.victuscloud.com is your account/store (top up credits, order services). control.victuscloud.com is the panel where you manage servers. If one login works but the other does not, reset the one that is failing.

Reset your password

  1. 1Go to the login page of the portal you cannot access (billing.victuscloud.com or control.victuscloud.com).
  2. 2Click the "Forgot password" link below the login form.
  3. 3Enter the email address you registered with and submit.
  4. 4Open the reset email and click the link — it is time-limited, so use it promptly.
  5. 5Choose a new, strong password and log in with it.

Reset email not arriving?

Check your spam/junk folder and search for "victuscloud". Make sure you typed the exact email you signed up with — a reset link is only sent if that email matches an account. See the "Did not receive the verification email" article for allow-listing steps.

Still locked out

  • If you no longer have access to your registered email, self-service reset cannot reach you — open a support ticket so staff can verify your identity.
  • If you originally signed up/linked via Discord, use that same method to sign in rather than an email/password.
  • After regaining access, enable two-factor authentication and update your recovery email to avoid a repeat.
