How to contact support / open a ticket
The fastest ways to reach Victus support — the on-site support widget and Discord tickets — plus what to include so your issue is solved on the first reply.
Victus support runs through two channels: the on-site support widget available on the website and portals, and Discord tickets. Both reach the same team. Pick whichever is convenient — the key to a fast resolution is giving enough detail up front.
Ways to reach us
- On-site support widget — click the chat/help widget on victuscloud.com or inside the portals to start a conversation and attach screenshots.
- Discord tickets — join the Victus Discord and open a ticket in the support/ticket channel; this keeps a threaded history of your issue.
- Status page — before opening a ticket for an outage, check status.victuscloud.com; if there is a posted incident, it is already being worked on.
Include this in your first message
- 1What service it is — the exact server/VPS/bot/app name as shown in the panel.
- 2What you were trying to do and what happened instead (the exact error text, not a paraphrase).
- 3When it started and whether a recent change (new plugin, config edit, version bump, payment) preceded it.
- 4Evidence — a screenshot of the error, relevant Console output, or a failed request from browser DevTools.
- 5For billing issues — your account email, payment method, amount, and transaction ID / reference.
One issue, one ticket
Keep a single ticket per issue and reply in that same thread rather than opening several — it keeps the full history together and gets you a faster, more accurate answer.
Beware impersonators
Only trust support through the official widget and the official Victus Discord. Staff will never DM you first asking for your password, card number, or crypto wallet seed phrase. Anyone who does is a scammer.
Help yourself faster
Many issues are already covered in these docs — search the Troubleshooting section for your error message first. A quick search often resolves things instantly without waiting for a reply.
