Renew a free server in Victus Panel and understand warning, suspension and deletion deadlines.

Renewal proves that a free server is still wanted. Victus Panel owns this lifecycle and displays the server renewal deadline and renewal action. The billing store is not where you place another free order each week.
- 1Sign in to Victus Panel and open the free server.
- 2Check the displayed renewal deadline and available COINS/free-hosting balance.
- 3Use the Renew action before the deadline and confirm that the deadline advances.
- 4Keep an external backup of anything important even when renewal succeeds.
| Stage | Result |
|---|---|
| Before deadline | The server remains eligible; Victus sends an upcoming-renewal warning when configured. |
| Deadline missed | Victus Panel suspends the free server for non-renewal. Idle sleep alone is not suspension. |
| After suspension | Renew before the deletion deadline to retain the service. The current default window is 10 days after suspension. |
| Deletion deadline passed | The server and its stored data are permanently removed. A new claim does not restore deleted files. |
The panel deadline is authoritative
Email and Discord reminders are best-effort. Do not calculate a deadline from an old article or depend on receiving a message; use the exact date shown in Victus Panel.
