Idle sleep and wake troubleshooting

Tell normal free-server sleep apart from suspension or a crash and bring the server back correctly.

A stopped free server is not automatically suspended. Normal idle sleep leaves the service active and preserves its files. Suspension blocks operation because a renewal or policy requirement was not met; a crash starts and then exits because the server software failed.

Sleep does not reset renewal

Starting, stopping, sleeping or waking a server does not move its renewal deadline. Power state and free-service eligibility are separate.
