Account suspended or banned — what to do
Understand why a Victus account or service gets suspended (unpaid credit, expired free server, or anti-abuse), and the exact steps to appeal and restore access.
A suspension can apply to a single service (one server is paused) or to your whole account (you cannot log in or order). Before appealing, work out which one you are facing and why — the fastest fix depends on the cause.
Common reasons
| Reason | What it looks like | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Out of credits / unpaid | A paid service is suspended when its renewal is not covered by your balance. | Top up credits, then renew or unsuspend the service. |
| Free server not renewed | Free servers require panel renewal; they suspend, then delete after the displayed retention window. | Renew in Victus Panel before the deletion deadline shown there. |
| Anti-abuse (alting) | Whole account locked for multiple accounts / free-credit farming. | Open a support ticket to appeal; consolidate to one account. |
| Terms / abuse report | Account or service locked for prohibited content or activity. | Open a ticket for details and to appeal. |
If it is a billing/credit suspension
- 1Log in to billing.victuscloud.com and check your credit balance and unpaid invoices.
- 2Add credits using UPI (India), PayPal, Crypto (LTC), or EasyPaisa (Pakistan).
- 3Pay the outstanding invoice / renew the service — suspended services usually restore automatically once covered.
- 4Return to control.victuscloud.com and confirm the service is running again.
Free servers: renew in Victus Panel
Free servers currently use a weekly renewal deadline shown in Victus Panel. Missing it suspends the server before deletion. Renew from the panel while retention remains; after deletion the files are gone.
If your whole account is locked (anti-abuse or a ban)
- 1Do not create a second account to get around it — that is itself against the anti-abuse rules and will make an appeal harder.
- 2Join the Victus Discord and open a support ticket, or use the on-site support widget.
- 3State your account email, which service is affected, and calmly explain the situation.
- 4Provide any proof of ownership requested (never post passwords, 2FA codes, or API keys — staff will not ask for these).
- 5Wait for a staff review; keep the ticket to one thread rather than opening duplicates.
Back up before a grace period ends
If a service is suspended but not yet deleted, download your data now. For game servers use the Backups tab or download files from the Files tab; for a VPS take a snapshot. Once a service is fully deleted, the data cannot be recovered.
Check the status page
If you suspect the problem is platform-wide rather than your account, check https://status.victuscloud.com before opening a ticket.
