Delete your account

Permanently close your Victus account — what to back up first, how to cancel services and clear invoices, and how to request deletion.

You can permanently close your Victus account and have your data removed. Deletion is irreversible: all services, files, backups, snapshots, and any remaining credit are lost. Work through the checklist below before you request it.

This cannot be undone

Deleting your account destroys every game server, VPS, bot, and app you own, plus their files and backups. Remaining credit is non-recoverable. Make sure you truly want this before proceeding.

Step 1 — Back up everything you want to keep

  • Game servers: create a backup in the Backups tab and download it, or pull files from the Files tab.
  • VPS: take a final snapshot and/or copy data off the machine over SSH/SFTP.
  • Drive: download any files you still need from https://drive.victuscloud.com.
  • Billing: download any invoices you need for your records.

Step 2 — Cancel services and settle billing

  1. 1In billing.victuscloud.com, cancel each active service so nothing tries to renew.
  2. 2Clear or void any outstanding invoices.
  3. 3If you have a reseller API key, revoke it from the panel Reseller API page so it can no longer be used.

Step 3 — Request account deletion

  1. 1Look for a "Close account" / "Delete account" option in your billing account settings.
  2. 2If there is no self-service option, open a support ticket on Discord (or the on-site support widget) and request account deletion.
  3. 3Send the request from — or clearly reference — the account email so staff can verify ownership.
  4. 4Confirm the request if asked; deletion then removes your account and associated data.

Never share secrets to prove ownership

Staff will verify you through your account email and account details. They will never need your password, 2FA codes, or API keys — do not send them in a ticket.

Prefer a pause over deletion?

If you just want to stop paying, cancelling your services and leaving the account idle keeps your login and history without ongoing charges. Delete only when you are certain you want the data gone.
