Acceptable Use Policy
Rules for safe, lawful, and responsible use of Victus Cloud.
Effective and last updated: August 9, 2026
Scope and responsibility
This policy applies to all Victus Cloud services and to content, traffic, software, and activity associated with your account. It supplements the Terms of Service.
You are responsible for your account, users, applications, and content, including activity by anyone you authorize. You must maintain reasonable security, install appropriate updates, and cooperate when an issue could affect the services or others.
Prohibited use
You may not use, enable, or encourage use of the services for:
- Illegal activity or content, or activity that violates another person's rights.
- Malware, credential theft, phishing, botnets, unauthorized access, exploitation, or instructions primarily intended to facilitate cyber abuse.
- Denial-of-service attacks, unauthorized scanning or penetration testing, traffic interception, network disruption, or attempts to evade security controls.
- Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, deceptive promotions, address harvesting, or distribution of fraudulent or misleading material.
- Content that sexually exploits or endangers children. Apparent child sexual abuse material will be handled and reported as required by law.
- Threats, targeted harassment, doxxing, incitement of violence, or hateful content used to promote harm against protected or vulnerable groups.
- Infringement of copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other intellectual-property or personal rights.
- Cryptocurrency mining or other resource-intensive workloads not expressly included in the purchased service.
- Use that places excessive or unauthorized load on systems, degrades service for others, or circumvents product limits, billing, or access controls.
- Distribution of adult sexual content through services where it is prohibited by the applicable product rules, provider requirements, or law.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may remove or restrict content, limit traffic, preserve relevant information, or suspend or terminate affected services. We consider context, severity, recurrence, harm, legal requirements, and whether immediate action is needed to protect people or systems.
Where practical and appropriate, we may ask you to correct an issue before taking further action. Urgent threats, illegal content, non-payment, or serious or repeated violations may require action without advance notice. We may cooperate with service providers, rights holders, or authorities where legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights and safety.
Eligibility for any refund following enforcement is determined under the Refund Policy; this policy does not promise a warning period or refund.
Reporting and appeals
Report suspected abuse through the Abuse Report page. Copyright notices should follow the process on the DMCA page.
If you believe enforcement was mistaken, contact support@victuscloud.com with the account or service identifier and relevant context. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee reversal.
