Email support@victuscloud.com with “Abuse report” in the subject. Do not place yourself or others at risk to collect evidence.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service first. Victus Cloud cannot provide emergency assistance.

• The affected hostname, URL, IP address, service identifier, or other information connecting the activity to Victus Cloud.
• A clear description of the activity and why you believe it violates law or the Acceptable Use Policy.
• Relevant timestamps with time zone, complete URLs, log excerpts, message headers, and screenshots where available.
• Your name and a working contact address, plus any steps already taken.

We assess reports based on the information available and may request clarification, preserve relevant records, restrict content or services, contact a customer or provider, or refer a matter where legally required. Outcomes depend on the facts, applicable law, and our policies.

We do not promise a specific response or resolution time. Information may be shared where reasonably necessary to investigate, enforce policies, protect rights and safety, or comply with law. Avoid sending unrelated personal or confidential data.
