Getting help
The fastest ways to get support on Victus Cloud — the on-site support widget, Discord, and tickets — plus the status page for outages.
When you get stuck, Victus support is quick to reach. There are three main channels — the on-site support widget, Discord, and tickets — plus a status page for confirming outages. This article explains when to use each.
On-site support widget
Every Victus site (the main site, billing and the control panel) has a support widget — usually a chat button in a corner of the page. It is the fastest way to send a message without leaving the page you are on. Use it for quick questions and to reach staff directly.
Discord + tickets
Victus support is Discord-first. Join the Victus Discord to chat with the community and staff, and open a support ticket for anything that needs a private, tracked conversation — billing problems, provisioning issues, refunds, or account access. Tickets keep your history in one place so any staff member can pick up where the last left off.
Widget vs ticket
Use the widget or general Discord for quick questions. Open a ticket for anything account-specific or that needs a paper trail (payments, suspensions, data). Do not post passwords or API keys in public channels.
Check status first for outages
If a service seems down, check https://status.victuscloud.com before opening a ticket. It shows live uptime and any ongoing incidents, so you can tell a platform-wide issue (already being worked on) from a problem with just your server.
Help us help you faster
- Say which service it is — game server, VPS, bot or app — and its name or ID from the panel.
- Describe what you did, what you expected, and what actually happened.
- Paste relevant console or error output (redact secrets, keys and passwords).
- Mention any recent change: a new plugin, a version bump, an edit to the Startup tab, or a payment.
Free servers and renewals
If a free server vanished, check whether it missed its weekly renewal — un-renewed free servers pause and are then deleted after the grace period. Support can advise, but deleted data past the grace period cannot always be recovered, so keep backups on Drive.
