Privacy Policy
How Victus Cloud collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information.
Effective and last updated: August 9, 2026
Scope
This policy applies to the Victus Cloud website, accounts, hosting and related services, billing interactions, and support. It does not control third-party websites or services that publish their own privacy notices.
By using the services, you acknowledge the practices described here. Where applicable law requires consent, we ask for it separately.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use Victus Cloud, we may collect:
- Account and contact data: name, email address, account identifiers, authentication details, and information you choose to provide.
- Billing and transaction data: order, invoice, payment status, and billing details. Payment providers process payment credentials under their own privacy notices.
- Service and support data: products used, configuration and activity records, files or content you submit, and messages or attachments sent to support.
- Technical and log data: IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, requested pages, referring URLs, diagnostics, security events, and service logs.
- Usage and analytics data: interactions with our website and services, feature use, approximate location derived from IP, and performance measurements.
How and why we use information
- Provide, authenticate, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve our website and services.
- Set up accounts, fulfill orders, process transactions, and communicate about services and support requests.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, attacks, and violations of our terms, and comply with legal obligations.
- Measure website and service performance and understand how features are used.
- Show and measure advertising where enabled, subject to applicable consent choices.
Cookies, local storage, analytics, and advertising
We and service providers use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for essential functions such as sessions, authentication, security, preferences, and referral attribution. We may also use them for analytics and advertising where permitted.
Our site may use Google advertising services, including Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar identifiers to serve, personalize, and measure ads based on visits to this and other websites. Google may receive technical and usage data such as IP address, device information, and ad interactions.
You can accept or decline non-essential technologies through any consent controls we make available, adjust your browser settings, clear stored data, and manage Google advertising choices through Google's ad settings. Blocking essential storage may prevent parts of the services from working. Where consent is required, you may withdraw it for future processing.
Service providers and disclosures
We disclose information only as reasonably needed to operate Victus Cloud, complete transactions, comply with law, protect rights and safety, or handle a business reorganization. Relevant provider categories include:
- Supabase for database, authentication, and related backend services.
- Vercel for website hosting, delivery, and operational logs.
- Payment and billing providers for orders, invoicing, fraud checks, and transaction processing.
- Support and communications providers for handling requests and service messages.
- Analytics and advertising providers, including Google for measurement and ads where enabled.
These providers process data under their own terms or our instructions, as applicable. We do not state that personal information is never shared: the disclosures above are necessary to provide and support the services.
Retention, security, and international processing
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including providing services, maintaining business and security records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Retention periods vary by the type of data and context. We may retain de-identified or aggregated information where it no longer identifies you.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No online service or storage method can guarantee absolute security.
Victus Cloud is publicly located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Our providers and users operate internationally, so information may be processed in countries other than your own, where privacy laws may differ. We use appropriate measures where required for these transfers.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection; withdraw consent; and complain to a data protection authority.
You may also manage browser and advertising choices as described above and opt out of non-essential communications using the method provided in the message. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Contact support@victuscloud.com to make a request.
Children's privacy
Victus Cloud services are not directed to children who cannot lawfully consent to the processing of their personal information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided information should contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to our services, providers, or legal obligations. We will post the revised policy here and change the updated date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent.
