• Technical and log data: IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, requested pages, referring URLs, diagnostics, security events, and service logs.
• Usage and analytics data: interactions with our website and services, feature use, approximate location derived from IP, and performance measurements.

• Analytics and advertising providers, including Google for measurement and ads where enabled.

These providers process data under their own terms or our instructions, as applicable. We do not state that personal information is never shared: the disclosures above are necessary to provide and support the services.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including providing services, maintaining business and security records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Retention periods vary by the type of data and context. We may retain de-identified or aggregated information where it no longer identifies you.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No online service or storage method can guarantee absolute security.

Victus Cloud is publicly located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Our providers and users operate internationally, so information may be processed in countries other than your own, where privacy laws may differ. We use appropriate measures where required for these transfers.

Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection; withdraw consent; and complain to a data protection authority.
